Welcome to Soireeko. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or using our website, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Soireeko is an online retailer of party, barware, and celebration products, operated from Norway and shipping to customers worldwide. References to "we," "us," "our," and "Soireeko" refer to the operator of this store. References to "you" and "your" refer to the user or customer.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from Soireeko, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order

By using our site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders where we have reasonable grounds to believe these conditions are not met.

3. Our products

We sell party, barware, drinkware, and celebration accessories. We do not sell alcoholic beverages. Any references to drinks, cocktails, or spirits in our product names, descriptions, or imagery refer to the use of accessories with such beverages — not to the beverages themselves.

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, dimensions, and details accurately. However:

  • Colors may appear slightly different across screens and devices
  • Minor variations in pattern, finish, or packaging may occur, particularly for handcrafted or small-batch items
  • Product images are illustrative and may not reflect every detail of the item received

These variations are normal and not grounds for a refund unless the product is materially different from its description.

4. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise at checkout
  • Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed
  • Applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) are calculated and displayed at checkout where required
  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details
  • In the rare event a product is mispriced due to a clear error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund

5. Order acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send a confirmation email acknowledging your order, but this is not yet acceptance. Your order is accepted when we send a shipment confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Inability to verify your billing or shipping information
  • Stock unavailability from our suppliers
  • Pricing or product errors
  • Shipping restrictions to your destination

If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment in full.

6. Shipping and delivery

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and refunds

8. Promotions, discounts, and gift cards

  • Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms shown at the time of offer
  • Codes cannot generally be combined unless explicitly stated

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, the Soireeko name and brand marks, and the overall site design — is the property of Soireeko or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Use our brand, logo, or product images to misrepresent affiliation with Soireeko
  • Scrape, mine, or systematically extract data from our website

10. Reviews and user-generated content

If you submit a product review, photo, or other content to our website:

  • You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights
  • You grant Soireeko a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and promotional purposes
  • We reserve the right to edit or remove content that is offensive, off-topic, fraudulent, or violates these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our website will be resolved in the courts of Norway, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory consumer rights.

These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soireeko regarding your use of our website and any purchases made through it.
