We work with a curated network of international fulfillment partners to bring you a broad selection of party, barware, and celebration products. This policy explains how shipping works, how long it takes, and what to do if anything goes wrong along the way.
Our shipping approach
Soireeko ships from multiple partner warehouses around the world, depending on the product. This lets us offer a wider catalog than a single-warehouse store ever could — but it also means shipping times vary by item, and orders containing several products may arrive in separate packages.
1. Order processing time
After you place an order, we need 1–3 business days to confirm payment, prepare your items, and dispatch them from our partner warehouse. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
2. Estimated delivery times
Delivery times below are estimates from the date your order ships, not from the date you place it. Add 1–3 business days of processing to estimate your total wait time.
Standard Shipping
- United States — 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom — 7–15 business days
- European Union — 7–15 business days
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand — 10–25 business days
Express Shipping (available on select items)
- United States — 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom — 4–8 business days
- European Union — 5–10 business days
The express option, where available, will be shown at checkout.
3. Shipping costs
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $50.
For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Your exact shipping cost is always shown before you complete your order — no hidden fees.
4. Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please note:
- Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear after dispatch — international parcels often pass through several carrier handoffs before the first scan registers
- Tracking detail varies by carrier; some show every checkpoint, others only show "in transit" and "delivered"
- You can track your order through the link in your shipping email at any time
5. Orders with multiple items
If your order includes products from different partner warehouses, your items may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive a tracking number for each shipment. This is normal — please allow all packages to arrive before contacting us about a missing item.
6. Customs, duties, and import taxes
International customs and tax rules vary by destination. We do our best to provide accurate information at checkout, but please review the section relevant to your country before ordering.
- United States — As of August 2025, the US has suspended duty-free treatment for low-value imports. All packages entering the United States may be subject to import duties and fees, regardless of order value. Where we offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping option at checkout, all duties and taxes are included in your order total — there will be nothing additional to pay on delivery. Where DDP is not available, any duties or fees assessed by US Customs are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier on delivery.
- United Kingdom — Soireeko is not currently registered for UK VAT. Your order may be subject to import VAT and, for orders over £135, additional customs duties on delivery. These charges are collected by the carrier on behalf of HMRC and are the responsibility of the customer. The carrier may also charge a handling fee for processing these payments.
- European Union — Soireeko is not currently registered for the EU IOSS scheme. Your order will be subject to import VAT and customs procedures on delivery. VAT is calculated at your country's standard rate based on the order value and is collected by the carrier (postal service, DHL, DPD, or similar) before delivery. The carrier may also charge a handling fee for processing these payments. From 1 July 2026, a €3 customs duty per item will apply to all eligible imported parcels valued under €150, in addition to VAT. Orders over €150 may incur additional customs duties.
- Other countries — Customers outside the US, UK, and EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their local customs authority.
Where additional duties, taxes, or fees apply on delivery, they are the responsibility of the customer. Soireeko cannot predict, calculate, or refund these charges.
7. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're unable to reroute packages once they've shipped. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can:
- Reship to a corrected address (additional shipping fees apply), or
- Issue a refund for the product cost, minus original shipping fees
8. Order changes and cancellations
You can request an address change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing contact@soireeko.com. After this window, your order has typically been processed by our supplier and can no longer be modified.
9. Lost, stuck, or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10+ days, or your package is significantly past its estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@soireeko.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. Refund and replacement terms are covered in our Refund Policy.
A few real-world factors to keep in mind:
- Customs holds can add 5–14 days, particularly during peak seasons
- Peak shipping periods — Black Friday through Christmas, and Chinese New Year (late January through mid-February) — cause global carrier slowdowns. We always post advance notices on our homepage when delays are expected
- Severe weather, postal strikes, and carrier disruptions occasionally affect deliveries and are outside our control
10. Countries we ship to
We currently ship to:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- All European Union member states
- Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
Some products may have country-specific restrictions due to import rules on glass, batteries (e.g., LED novelty items), or alcohol-related accessories. Restrictions will be flagged at checkout if applicable to your destination.
We do not currently ship to PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or remote territories where our partner carriers do not operate.
11. Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please refer to our [Refund Policy] — most cases qualify for a full refund or free replacement without requiring you to return the product. Photo evidence within 14 days of delivery is required to process the claim.
